I had no experience with you as your rooms were not open. I made an appointment with you on your website diary and when I phoned on Monday, the message said you would be closed until the 1st and not on the 2nd.

I was very impressed with how Dr Fletcher could get my 3year old to sit still and cooperate during the examination.

I liked the friendliness. I would recommend Dr. Fletcher as an ophthalmologist. I would advise though, that administration should verify appointments telephonically as well, regardless that the appointment was set online. Thank you for your help, my eye is getting better by the day.
